The Center of Strategic Studies, The National Board of Zakat, Republic of Indonesia (Puskas BAZNAS) has set around 100 KPIs for its 2020 tasks. Those KPIs are the aggregate of the working target assigned to the current Puskas’ organization team.

Those KPIs include the 2020 National Zakat Index (NZI) survey, the implementation of the Zakat Literacy Index (ILZ), the study of financial ratios of zakat institution, and other targets that are relevant to academics works. This includes conducting the international conference of zakat (ICONZ), publishing two volumes of the international journal of zakat (IJAZ), and other related duties that are appropriate, notably related to publication and networking, that can assist to improve the administration of zakat.

Further, during the second day of the meeting, the researchers’ team of Puskas was also informed of the update from the main organization related to their relevant rights of working in the institution. The briefing is of practical importance, notably to strengthen the confidence of the team for this year's performance.

Shortly, the annual meeting of Puskas has set the number of KPIs that is projected to be relevant to the needs of the industry and practices the applied shariah in the context of fundamental zakat.
