The level of effectiveness of zakat campaigns is one of the essential factors in improving brand institution and zakat collection for the National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS). The zakat campaign has been a crucial role in increasing public knowledge on zakat, which later influences one's decision to perform zakat. In the studies, Puskas BAZNAS organized a Focus Group Discussion or FGD with BAZNAS Members. The FGD was conducted at BAZNAS Building on February 3, 2020 and attended by the director and deputy director of Puskas BAZNAS and also the commissioner of BAZNAS.

The agenda of FGD includes the discussion on a research design survey regarding the effectiveness of zakat campaigns on institution branding and zakat collection, followed by the discussion in reviewing of the research questionnaire.

The survey aims to measure the effectiveness of the zakat campaign and its impact in improving the institution branding and zakat collection in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. The survey is expected to provide an accurate picture of the effectiveness on zakat campaign in each certain areas.
