The BAZNAS 2025 Kurban Berkah Program has been relaunched as part of efforts to expand public access to performing the kurban ritual in a practical and safe manner through digital systems. Through various digital payment channels, the public can now perform kurban easily without having to visit physical locations where sacrificial animals are sold.
This service is available through the official BAZNAS website at baznas.go.id/kurban, and is supported by partnerships with various digital platforms, including crowdfunding platforms such as Kitabisa, Bersedekah/Paybill, BenihBaik (with the Sedekah Daging program), Wecare, Sharinghappiness, Ayobantu, and the BAZNASHUB app, which also offers the Sedekah Daging feature.
In the e-commerce category, the public can choose the available sacrifice features in the form of menus and vouchers on various marketplaces, including Tokopedia (Menu & Voucher), Shopee (Menu & Voucher), Blibli (Sedekah Daging Menu & Voucher), and Lazada (Voucher). Meanwhile, support from the fintech and digital banking sectors has also been expanded through partnerships with various platforms, such as blu by BCA Digital, Bank Jago Syariah, Sepulsa, Jenius Pay, Gopay, Grab & OVO, LinkAja Syariah, MotionPay, Quran Best, Arah Muslim, Sobatku, Treasury, and QRIS payment services through Xendit.
The implementation of these digital channels is part of BAZNAS' service transformation strategy to fully digitize the management of zakat and qurban. Payment processes are conducted transparently and seamlessly, with a distribution system that prioritizes professionalism, accountability, and compliance with Islamic law. The public can now perform qurban anytime and anywhere, simply by utilizing available digital devices.
This program is also aimed at expanding public participation from various regions and social backgrounds. Through collaboration with digital partners, the distribution of sacrificial meat is projected to be more equitable, including reaching areas that were previously difficult to access.
This year, the target for the BAZNAS Kurban Berkah program is set at 7,000 sheep or goats, which are planned to be distributed to approximately 105,000 beneficiaries across all 34 provinces in Indonesia. The increase in public participation is reflected in annual trends showing a rise in the number of sacrificers and the distribution reach of BAZNAS's sacrificial offerings.
Through this digital approach, the Kurban Berkah program is not only a means of worship but also a modern service that simplifies the process for the public while strengthening food security and the well-being of beneficiaries. BAZNAS invites the general public to participate in this program by performing the best possible sacrifice in accordance with Islamic law through the digital channels provided.
