Sentul, 12 June 2026 - BAZNAS RI successfully conducted its Internal Meeting on Strategic Planning (RENSTRA) and Annual Work and Budget Plan (RKAT) 2026 from 10 to 12 June 2026 in Sentul. The meeting brought together BAZNAS commissioners, deputies, directors, and strategic units to formulate organizational priorities, strengthen institutional governance, and align future programs with national development agendas.

The three-day meeting served as a strategic forum to review organizational performance, refine institutional direction, and establish key policies that will guide BAZNAS in implementing its Strategic Plan 2026-2031. Discussions focused on organizational performance indicators, implementation of the new organizational structure, digital transformation, strengthening regional BAZNAS institutions, financial and human resource governance reforms, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

One of the major outcomes of the meeting was the commitment to strengthen a data-driven organizational culture. BAZNAS emphasized the importance of research, evidence-based policymaking, and strategic partnerships to ensure that future decisions and programs are supported by reliable data and measurable impacts. The meeting also highlighted the acceleration of the BAZNAS Digitalization Roadmap, including integrated systems development, national data integration, utilization of artificial intelligence, and institutional digital governance enhancement.

A key highlight of the meeting was the internalization of the BAZNAS 5D Concept, which was officially adopted as a fundamental principle for organizational development and service excellence. The 5D framework consists of Diingat (Remembered), Dipercaya (Trusted), Dijangkau (Accessible), Dicintai (Loved), and Dibanggakan (Admired).

The meeting emphasized that the 5D Concept should not merely function as a communication slogan but as a comprehensive organizational philosophy that guides program design, public services, stakeholder engagement, institutional governance, and organizational culture. Through this approach, BAZNAS aims to strengthen public trust and expand its contribution to national development through zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and other social religious funds.

To ensure effective implementation, BAZNAS will integrate measurable 5D indicators into organizational planning, execution, monitoring, and performance evaluation systems. This integration is expected to create a more cohesive organizational direction and establish a stronger institutional identity across all levels of BAZNAS.

The Internal Working Meeting concluded with a shared commitment among all participants to translate the strategic decisions into concrete actions and measurable outcomes. Through strengthened governance, accelerated digital transformation, enhanced collaboration, and the implementation of the 5D Concept, BAZNAS seeks to build a more impactful, trusted, and sustainable zakat ecosystem that contributes to improving the welfare of the Indonesian people and supporting national development goals.
