Yogyakarta, August 26, 2017. Puskas Baznas held socialization and implementation of National Zakat Index (NZI) at Special Region of Yogyakarta ( Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta/DIY). The event was held in office of BAZNAS DIY, and attended by commissioners and staffs of BAZNAS DIY.

Deputy Director of Puskas, Mohammad Soleh Nurzaman, explained the instrument of NZI which was developed last year by Puskas BAZNAS.  Nurzaman briefly discussed the important of NZI as the measurement standard to evaluate the development and impact of zakat in Indonesia. Nurzaman also gave technical assistance on how to fill in the required documents to estimate the NZI at both provincial and regency level.
